Beautiful room with balcony overlooking River Walk.
Had to walk by conference room to go to pool / spa.

An excellent experience overall. Room was nicely decorated and very clean. Bed was very soft and comfortable. Free wireless internet.

The staff was very accomodating.
Nothing.

I thought the hotel was excellent for the price. Everything was very well maintained, the staff was very accommodating and it was within just a few steps of the main attractions on the Riverwalk but far enough away to not be bothered by the late night revelers.

Filthy bathroom floor, dripping A/C in hall, musty smell in hallway.

The hotel had great service and a wonderful breakfast cafe with great service overlooking the River Walk. The only thing that took away from this hotel was the leaky A/C system that dripped water, making it smell musty in some areas. Our room was great except for the very dirty bathroom floor. Otherwise a good value for the money.

Wanted Riverwalk hotel..Was under construction had to pay $16.00 a day to park had 2 vehicles, and was put in a smoking room as we are non smokers, pool was VERY small not enough room to accomodate all guests

The view from the balcony was great.
Our room was not cleaned one day and the help was always very loud in the hall when talking, no matter the time.

Over all it met our needs and I would stay here again. One morning a conference registration occurred at the entrance of the pool, that was poor planning. It had good access to the Riverwalk. The front desk people were always very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and nice and quiet---we didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms
there seemed to be less staff in the valet area--homeless people bothered us as we were coming and going on more than one occasion

This was a nice clean and quiet hotel. Good value. The construction made it harder to access the riverwalk, but I'm sure this is temporary. The contruction area seemed to attract homeless people who were bugging us for money also.

Comfortable hotel, convenient location, friendly staff.
$16 per/day garage parking fee that I did not know about until I arrived.

We enjoyed the stay. The hotel is very nice, but the air conditioning system in the rooms must be outdated as it it struggled to maintain room temperature.
