The staff and the hotel cleanlines was excellent.

The hotel site is on a perfect area because is near I-10. and has a lot of strip centers and its easy to get to. plus the cleanliness is spectacular and its staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Friendly staff willing to help, good breakfast, large rooms.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and more than willing to help make sure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of toppings for waffles. The rooms were exceptionally large, comfortable beds, and a really good shower. The accommodations for the price were great. We will stay in this hotel every time we are in San Antonio!

I liked that the location was exactly where I needed it to be. Extremely convenient.
The hotel was clean but very shabby.

A good hotel overall, it was clean and quiet. The side entrances which were to be entered with a room key were constantly unlocked, as was the security gate on some of the evenings. This location is convenient from the highway, with local stores and restaurants all around. I would recommend this hotel to the weary traveler.

Internet did not work. The room was dirty.

Do not stay here. Rooms were dirty, but the pool is nice. The beds were hard.

The only thing
I can think of was the breakfast. Not much of a variety.

A great place to stay and not pay too much. Great location for people that don't want to be too far or too close to the attractions. Overall good choice!

The hotel attendant stayed on the phone with us until we got to the hotel. We were lost because the map provided by priceline was incorrect.
Wrong map given by priceline, building in bad condition, room had bad odor, not clean.

The hotel attendant was great, the hotel was terrible.

It's in a residential area,

There are roach problems,no coffee maker in our room, did not get one even after requested.There are security issues with car break-ins, the staff made this very clear AT check-in.Mold under refrigerator. Rear security door broken...

I liked the fact that I was able to feel comfortable.
The one thing that did bother me was that too much noise by other hotels guests at night.

All in all our room and stay was really good. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our weekend peacefully. The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions and recommendations.
