Free continental breakfast in the morning.
Towels were terrible.
We were not aware that the hotel was under some minor construction. The walls were all being repainted and the carpets were being redone as well. I would not have booked this hotel had I known that.

Friendly receptionist.
Ceiling covering came loose and was stained.
This hotel needs some serious renovation. You will get depressed when staying in these run down dark rooms. I should not take much to fix this up to make it look a bit decent but that has not been done in years I guess.

Everyone went above and beyond to meet our needs
My bathtub drain didn't work so I couldn't take a bath, had to take a shower
Everyone seemed to go above and beyond for meeting all our needs while we were there. We had a smoking room but it didn't smell like it when we arrived. The continental breakfast was the greatest. We all couldn't wait each morning to get up to go for breakfast. Hated to leave. Even tried to find reasons to stay another day. We do plan to go back in two months, we loved it that much. They made our trip worth it. read more

The open manhole cover, The stench and the surronding areas.
Did not even stay at this hotel, was so bad, but still ended up getting charged for the hotel. Have nothing good to say about this.

My children liked the waffles provided at the continental breakfast
Lets see swimming pool was horrible, staff was not friendly, room was small and horrible
I was just disgusted by the hotel because when we got there the water was turned off, the cable tv was not working the air was off and they could not locate a crib for my baby to sleep. When we finally did get all of these things we decided to go for a swim which was worse my husband had to clean it before the kids got in and then we only swam for maybe 30 minutes because we discovered the bottom of the pool was disgusting. The space to eat breakfast was extremely small and you had to keep asking the front desk to refill items that were gone. My overall experience was horrible and I was glad to leave on the last day. read more

Good size room.
Good size room for the price. My room had a microwave and refrigerator. The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. There are some things they need to improve with structure.

Out side lighting was good; good continental breakfast.
Hallway smelled musty; there was hair on the sink, counter and bed; bath tub did not drain while taking a shower, had to stand in ankle deep water.
It was okay for the the night stay however when we arrived we were not told where things were (Ice machine etc.) and were not told about the continental breakfast. Water did not drain while taking a shower and stood in ankle deep water. Hallway smelled musty and very noisy as we walked down the hall.
