Very friendly.
Bath tub leaked on carpet.
Was great location for going to my sons graduation at Lackland air force base. Very good room for the cost. We had a kitchen and it was very good.

pool and the staff
old property, poor fitness center, uncomfortable beds
The staff at this facility redeems it, and the pool was clean and inviting. The area is safe with a security gaurd constantly monitoring the property. The hotel is old and unpleasant to the eye. The military base is across the highway, so you will be awaken by artillary early in the mornings. Not a family fun vacation spot.

Great location.
Uncomfortable mattress, carpet tack exposed and dangerous and
old cracked bathtub.
This hotel did not meet our expectations. The mattresses were old and we could feel the springs. The carpet was rolling up, around the bathroom door. The carpet tacks beneath were exposed and I pricked my foot on it. We had to place a towel over the exposed tacks. The bathtub was old and had cracks around the drain. The room features a full kitchenette. Upon arriving, we found no dishes in our kitchen. You must pay a $25 deposit for a set of dishes and get them from the front desk. I will compliment the service we received. Service was polite and helpful. read more

Convenient, decent.
Closed pool at 10 p.m. was told by security guard to go to room until we bribed him with food.
Ok, didn't like curfew, security guard was a nice guy, felt more secure with him around.

It had a kitchenette.
There was cosmetic damage that could have been repaired easily.
Could have stayed at a new Quality Inn less than 3 miles away.

I did not like anything.
Roaches in the room.
These people need to be more family friendly, and they also need to spray their room on regular basics. It also would help if they did not serve cold breakfast.
