It was clean and stylish with spacious rooms.
Had to relocate rooms because of pre-planned maintenance schedule.

Hotel was much nicer than I expected and the best value I've had in a long time. Spacious living area and comfy beds. Bathrooms could use some updating but far from a deal killer.

It came with a continental breakfast.
This was not a four star hotel, it also was not a full service Hyatt.

We arrived late at night. They did not have two double beds so my daughter was going to sleep on the fold out sofa BUT it did not have bedding and the fronts desk told us they could not get us any. I ws under the impression this was a regular Hyatt but it was not, it was more like a low end Marriott property.

Television kept going out and needed to be rebooted by hotel staff. Quite annoying.

New facility. Very Clean. Great Breakfast Buffet included with room. Air conditioner was next to bed and blower could not be adjusted to blow away from face. Air conditioner was very loud and annoying.

Layout of room, Cleanliness and hotel staff.
The pool was very uninviting for the price of the room.

The hotel itself was great for family travel with older children because of the layout and cleanliness of the room. I dropped my diamond ring down the drain and the staff responded very quickly to retrieve it. They could not have been nicer!
