Pleasant stay and staff.
Did not have soda machines. Street not on San Antonio map or on GPS.
All things considered, I was not disappointed with the hotel though the bathroom door was awkward for entering.

Again super place.
Nice rooms, housekeeping cleaning excellent, employees friendly, parking lot excellent and rooms are nice for family stays.

It was elegant and the ambiance was great.
The hotel was a wonderful experience. From our first step into the lobby, we knew that quality was going to be the expectation here. The staff also made it an even nice experience.

It was a clean hotel. The room was bright and spacious.
I was trying to locate a phone book. I did not like the fact that the local paper was not available.
I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place. The room was spacious and bright. I especially liked the fact that there was a refrigerator in the room. The staff was friendly, warm, and inviting.

Great staff. Very clean. Spacious rooms. Good dining nearby.
Nothing to dislike.
Booked two rooms. Great staff put us on a high floor and gave us exactly what we requested, one king one double bed. Plenty of room for the 4 year old to spread out. 42" flat screen tv. Very clean. Whole hotel smelled great. Great rooms. even better service.

Breakfast tasted like airline food.
Loved the room. It has a bed area and living area divided by a partition. I was able to stay up and watch TV without disturbing my husband. That is rare in a 3 star motel.

Beautiful hotel! First room I got was noisy. They happily changed me to a very quiet room. I loved this hotel. It is my favorite!

Nice room, good, clean, friendly and helpful staff.
Room was across from staff lounge, too noisy when sleeping in late.
Excellent room, good stay. Only problem was our room was across the staff lounge. First day sleeping in was difficult with the laughter from the staff in their lounge. Other than that, it was all great.
