Very kid friendly, lots for children to be entertained by.
We stayed on a holiday weekend, and they had several group activities for the kids to participate in. Gingerbread house contest, singing Christmas Carol's, wonderful experience. Roasting smore's outside. Heated pool and also a hot tub for children.

Wonderful activities, friendly staff, great atmosphere.
$15 a day resort fee.
This is one of the best hotels I've ever been at for activities for the whole family. Their holiday weekend activities are amazing, and most are included in the cost. This hotel is an amazing bargain when it is available on priceline. We really enjoyed staying there, and will definitely go back. They have some of the best swimming pools of any resort, period; the lazy river is wonderful. read more

I loved the fireplaces in the public rooms.
The vending machines were a little pricey.
This is a beautiful hotel, which is perfect for a romantic getaway.

Beautiful grounds.
Hidden charges. Per day resort fee charge.
The resort fee was an unexpected expense especially considering the pool/lazy river was not usable! Beautiful setting & grounds combined with located right across from Seaworld was a plus. Hyatt could give the drive-way staff a lesson in manners. Starting with : open the front doors for guests.

Staff was courteous and helpful.
Parking lot was dark and scary.
Fabulous facility with plenty of amenities, I just wish I was able to partake in some of them. By the way, they don't tell you there is a $15/day resort fee that they assess upon check-out...

Bikes to ride for free.
Kids meals have gone up in price over the years.
This hotel was awesome. I stayed in Sept. just after the peak season. Great rate on Priceline. Great value! I recommend that the hotel consider installing heating for the lazy river. That way, I would consider staying over and over in the fall and spring.
