Cleanliness, amenities, price, staff, safety, unexpected costs.

This hotel was bad. The hotel is shabby to be kind. Strange staff. Poor air conditioning.

convenient location
They charged me $30 extra to have two double beds instead of 1 queen. I felt gouged.

The room was clean and adequate for an overnight stay. The room was an oven, though. The air conditioner had been off all day, and it was after midnight before it cooled the room to a comfortable level. I would not choose to stay at this motel again.

The room was atleast clean.
Might as well have slept on the concrete floor with a brick pillow.

Absolutely horrid experience. Will never stay there again. First downfall was the fact that it was about 120 degrees in our room upon arrival even though we did have advance reservations. The AC was completely off, not just turned down a little bit. Considering they already had already been paid for our stay Werther we showed up or not, they should have turned it on for us before we got there. The room smelled stale, rather than like it had just been cleaned. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillow was so hard, you could barely even fold it in half to make it thicker. Will definitely not ever stay at or recommend this hotel line to anyone in the future! read more

The staff were super friendly and helpful.
The room was not what I expected. The furniture was in poor repair. It was a nonsmoking room, but smelled of smoke. No clock in the room.

The staff were great. The price was too high for what we received. The furnishings were poor. The nonsmoking room smelled of smoke.

It was noisy and under renovations.

The ants in the room.
Everything.

You can't even get to it from the road without backtracking through a neighborhood, even though it's on the highway. It's a very old motel type place. Ants everywhere. Everything was dirty couldn't even use the Ice. Looks like no one had been in the room in weeks.
