Our 100 percent Non-Smoking Comfort Suites is less than 2 years old opened in Summer of 2006 with easy access to IH 35 and just minutes away from Texas State University, Prime and Tanger Outlets, and newly constructed San Marcos Conference Center. Schlitterbahn is just 15 miles, and downtown Austin is just 26 miles. Hotel has interior corridors, elevator, business center, meeting room, guest laundry, exercise room, and outdoor pool. All spacious and elegantly furnished suites have a sofa sleeper, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/board, desk, 30-inch flat screen TV with HBO and over 60 channels. 24 hour Free high speed and wireless internet access, Free 24 hour coffee in the lobby, and free full hot breakfast daily. The bed was very comfortable and excellent.
The receipt which I requested, did not show how much I was charged.

My room was clean and well-maintained, had a very comfortable bed, and was very quiet. The quietness was probably due to the low occupancy on a Sunday and Monday night.

Clean and bright cheery colors, inviting & safe feeling.
Elevated price, but it was because it is near a lot of attractions.

The quality of the hotel for the price was expected due to the fact of the many family friendly area attractions. The breakfast area was clean, opens to the lobby and served a nice selection of items. It was very quiet in the room and very lovely. It appeared to be recently updated.

Shopping bags of previous guests left under the table in the room.

It was nice and will stay again if we pass through again.

Hot water ran out while showering.

Hotel was located right off of 35. Parking lot entrance cramped. Staff was friendly and quick on check-in and check-out. The room was clean and spacious and very well equipped. Only problem is hot water ran out while showering in the morning.

The room was clean and smelled good, I loved the bed and pillows. The set-up of the room was great.
Need more tables for the breakfast .

The size and configuration of the room was perfect separating the beds and sitting area. The bed was very soft and comfortable as were the pillows. We all enjoyed the breakfast buffet with the exception that there were not enough tables and chairs. The hotel was fairly new and very clean. The staff was very helpful.

The bed was
comfortable.
the pool and sauna was in the front where all the cars were driving by on the access road.

The room was good; we liked having a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. The pool was not in a comfortable location, very noisy from the interstate.
