Staff were helpful.
Uncomfortable with the neighborhood.

The hotel was very over-priced, especially for a 1-star. The "free breakfast" that was advertised was coffee and a muffin. The room was clean, but the bathroom fixtures were old and stained. I don't plan to book a room here again in the future.

There was a microwave, refrigerator, and big bed for cheap!
The air conditioner took a while to cool, but it was hot outside!

We were very pleased with the hotel. The staff was nice, and we were surprised there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room! The room itself was also bigger than we were expecting.

No smoke alarm, holes in walls, door not sealed, stains.

The floor is not level, it appears to have dropped about 2 inches at the bathroom door, the metal on the light fixtures is rusting, there is rust and mold/ mildew around the tub and shower area, many cracks in the walls and ceiling, the smoke alarm is missing, the entry door does not seal out the exterior air, there are stains on the carpet, and the furniture has paint worn off. read more

This was the dirtiest motel I have stayed at. The bathroom was horrible!
The owners tried but were unable to understand what was wrong with the room.

I would never stay at this hotel again.

Poor hotel for what I paid, door looked like it had been broken into before.

Even for a one star hotel, this place looked much run down. Way too expensive for this hotel. I will not stay here again and will not recommend it to any one else.

It was convenient to Schliterban in new brunets and the attractions in san Marcus.
The shower head fell apart during my shower.

This motel was in a convenient location with nearby shopping for essentials and restaurants for the meals. It is near interstate 10 and only 45 miles from san Antonio. The mini-fridge was handy and the accommodations were comfortable.
