Comfort Suites Sherman

I really enjoyed the room here. It was very clean and the decor feels modern and not outdated. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of ability to rent movies on the TV. Other than that, everything was great. Very nice.

I have stayed here before and had a better experience. The room this time had several problems. The curtains were not hung well and would not come completely together. One of the windows would not close all the way. The nozzle for turning on the shower would not pull up all the way so the water was coming out of both places and not much pressure for the shower. The maid came by while we were still in room to clean it so when we left that day I asked for the maid to go back by and I could tell that wasn't going to happen so I asked for them to at least put more towels and toilet paper in room. They said they would, but that night when we returned they had not so I had to go to front desk and ask for both and was not greeted in a friendly manner. I will think twice about staying here again. The Comfort Suites Sherman Texas is without question the best run hotel we have stayed at over the past three years, and we have seen many. The staff was terrific, the rooms were pristine, the continental breakfast put all others to shame and the ultimate litmus test was that my wife and kids agreed with all this!

The hotel staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. The rooms are clean and neat and the beds are very comfortable. The location is central to all the new service business such as malls, movies, and restaurants. I was there for a week to visit family and grandkids and everyone had plenty of room in my suite to visit comfortably with feeling like a hotel room. Having been in hotel management, I found the practices of the housekeepers interesting. I suggest that they do not leave dirty laundry and trash in the hallways. Either provide carts that can accommodate the large amount of laundry/trash or make frequent trips to dispose! It looked trashy. On the other hand our room was clean.
