The front office staff was extremely helpful.
The only thing I can complain about is the blankets-not very soft.

The room, including the bathroom was very spacious and clean. The front office staff was very nice. We were mistakenly booked in a smoking room and the staff did not hesitate to move us to a non smoking room. The continental breakfast was also great-well stocked and good selection of food.

The space in the room and the kitchen.
I was not able to get extra towels and staff did not want to deliver them.

The hotel location was great, the room was better then what we expected, but the staff needs to be more attentive to the needs of the guests.

The size of the room was great and the bed was comfortable.
We did not receive clean towels 1 night and towels were brought to us at 9:30pm another night

Overall the hotel was very good. There were a couple of minor things that could be improved. The mini refridgerator was very old and the door fell off the 1st time we opened it. The seal was old & I had to put kleenex over the gaping holes or it would not have kept anything cold. The lack of clean towels was not good. See comment above. We loved the in-room safe that did not require a key...just your own code to lock and unlock it!! read more

Upon arrival to our room several minor things needed to be fixed.
