Very clean & appeared new.
It is very clean and appearing very new. Smelled like new and all facilities looked new. Great TV & nicely appointed rooms. Staff was extremely helpful. If they improve the breakfast, I would always stay there when in Tyler.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean rooms, well appointed.
A little noisy due to visitors involved in football playoffs in town.
I would recommend this hotel. Very affordable and appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. Will stay here again.

Hotel was quiet at night.
Bathtub was slippery, no mat or safety strips.
Hotel was clean and quiet for the price. I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds, got a king suite. Manager blamed Priceline, saying I should have called the hotel direct to confirm the room. I don't know who was at fault, but I won't use either one again.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good for a continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was new so it still had the fresh feeling.
