Nice room with comfortable, clean beds and bath.
Street was repair, work out front makes entrance, etc. difficult - realize it is temporary.

Hotel facility was nice and service was good. The breakfast area was open to the lobby which did not create a comfortable environment.

Everything was very nice.

The Courtyard by Mariott in Waco is a very hice hotel with friendly staff. My husband and I have 4 children and were getting away for the weekend to relax, and we were very much able to do that at this hotel.

Hotel is very quaint, clean, quiet, well taken care of. 2-floor hotel with elevator, ice machine, vending machines, pool. I was impressed by the friendly staff, cleanliness of rooms, and how quiet the hotel was. Rooms were spacious, desk, internet access, descent decor. They serve breakfast - made-to-order omelettes, other hot and cold items, and the waiters were excellent!

The common areas were comfy and welcoming.

The desk clerk/manager, during our stay was very friendly ad accommodating. She went out of her way to make our stay a pleasant one.

Had a musty smell in halls.

Room was really nice. We had a king-size bed with sofa and desk, and if I had been traveling on business I would have found the room a great place to get some work done. I did not try the Internet so don't know how fast a connection the hotel has.

It was clean and taken care of.
Breakfast was a little pricey.

We met our 3 college kids for Christmas. The hotel room was great for us to get together and have some family time. It was clean and quiet. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.
