Excellent accommodations, clean, and friendly staff.
Without my knowledge, price line made reservations for a handicap room. No hot water in the room.

Very pleasant and clean rooms. The restaurant was has very good food. The staff of the hotel was very pleasant. The appearance of the interior and exterior was nicely kept. Will
stay here again.

not conveniently located in the room.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling on business. The internet connection is on the night stand not the desk you have to sit on the bed facing the night stand because the connection is only about 3 feet long. Not comfortable at all.

No hot water, not even warm water. Smelled bad, elevator not working.

Terrible, no hot water. Had to take ice cold showers. Then the elevator was broken so we had to drag 2 small children & luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Floors need to be cleaned, something done about smell. I wouldn't patronize again.

Lobby was beautiful and staff was excellent.
Hot tub and heated pool were broken, and has been for over 2 months.

For the cleanliness of the hotel, and the helpfulness of the staff this met out expectations.

Indoor poor was good for the children traveling with us.
Halls and public areas in the back hall were terrible.

The room was large, clean and good. But the hall going to the room was very dirty. Carpets were dirty too. There had been a repair done to the tile in the bathroom that was very poor job.

Hotel is a great stay for the price. It is not going to have the luxurious amenities of higher priced hotels but the price is right if you are stuck in Wichita Falls, TX for a night.

The pool was nice and I liked the hot tub.
Bugs, no one cleaned our room, broken exercise equipment, noisy.

I would not recommend this hotel. We stayed two nights and no one cleaned our room or replaced towels. All the exercise equipment was broke. We had roaches and other bugs in our room and the noise from the lobby area was loud late at night. We tried to talk to the manager but they were not on duty and no one else seemed to be able to do anything to help.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Towels and bedding were old and worn. Rooms needed a thorough cleaning.

This would be a fun place for kids to stay. It has an indoor pool, a game room, shuffle board etc. There's a laundry, something that families need. You would have to overlook the age and cleanliness.
