The check in clerk was rude and told us that although we were 45 minutes early we had to go away until exactly 3 pm. We returned still 10 minutes early and another clerk who was friendly took us right away. One bad apple etc. Too bad.

The room was clean, had a rustic feel very cozy and great staff.

The room was great it had a western theme the amenities were excellent. This is truly a very nice hotel for the area. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Also me and my wife enjoyed the restaurant located at the hotel, excellent breakfast. The location is great too right near the shuttle stop to Zion.

Clean. Friendly and generally enjoyable to be here.
Rooms were a little small.

This was a more than decent basic place to stay with decent facilities at the entrance to Zion. You might be able to do better, but I thought this place more than met my needs.

Restaurant a little pricey for the quality of food.

We were in town for a quick two day stay to experience the park. The hotel provided everything we needed. Comfortable, clean room, on-site dining, internet ready, and in close proximity to Zion. Definitely coming back to this hotel!

Very nice. Completely remodeled on the inside still old fashioned on the outside. Great views and good location.

The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, very cosy - not your usual motel.

We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations - we had stayed in various places in Springdale and were just looking for someplace well-located and small for this trip. The staff was so friendly, the restaurant had great service and good food.
