Clean, convenient, friendly Staff, good first impression. Caters to "middle class & up"
Our experience was very good, we had no complaint. Hope I can get the same quality and price next time.

The hotel was located in an area where travelers can take their pick of restaurants, close to a mall, easy on and off access to freeway. The staff was very cordial, well trained, they had a large group of our military men their prior to our arrival, and the restaurant was out of their chocolate chip cookies, (my husband's favorite munchies) the young lady was very nice and supplied him with not only 1, but 4, almond joy candy bars from their pantry, another one of my husband's favorites. The staff were very nice and went out of their to make our stay enjoyable. Nice, and friendly are not always a companies policy, but Hilton has done a nice job, and I hope they reward their employees for their cheerful, and helpful attitudes. read more
