Our stay was very pleasant, but our guests was not.
They need a policy for obnoxious guests.

We had guests that occupied a room where the guests next to them were very obnoxious. It took them 3 calls to the office before the obnoxious guests were moved. They need a policy that obnoxious guests will be removed the first time. It was very unpleasant because it occurred at 1:30 AM and our guests could not get back to sleep because of all of the confusion. Our own stay was very pleasant, but they were very disappointed because of their experience. read more
