Everything worked.
Insects in room.

Ok, only if nothing else is available. Bugs in room. Thin doors/walls. Noisy.

Friendly staff and close to Zion National Park entrance.

There are few units, great free breakfast, large rooms and is clean. If you have a lot of luggage and are a senior citizen, you might have trouble hauling suitcases up the stairs. No elevator.

Was able to walk from our room to the restaurant.
Had to pay extra fee for a refrigerator and microwave.

For what we used it for, (sleep and food) it was fine. Everyone was very nice, but we spent most of our time hiking or at our friends hotel.

It was quiet, close to a great restauant, great pillows.
Old furnishings, poor room decorating, unfriendly front staff.

It was all that was available that night but we paid $50 a night in Lake Tahoe for 4 times the room as far as space, comfort, and location. They need to teach the hotel staff customer service.

Old and worn, although clean.

Clean but needs updating.

Paid too much for the room.

It was old. The beds and pillows were terrible. Looking out our window we saw a run down trailer park. Not worth per night. Maybe $40.00.

Good value and good location.
Floor is squeaky, can clearly hear 2nd floor guests walking.

Good value. Proximity to Bryce Canyon National Park is a big plus, and it is not as busy (and thus not as hectic) as the motels near the entrance of the Park. Good restaurent next door, much better food and service than Ruby's Inn near the Park.
