The Days Inn Capitol Reef is located at the intersection of SR 12 and 24 and is just 3 miles from the entrance to Capitol Reef National Park. The hotel is a Chairmans Award winner for quality and has 2 floors, interior corridors and a variety of room types to suit every family's needs. The Days Inn amenities include a heated indoor pool, hot tub, complimentary DayBreak Continental breakfast, and satellite television with HBO, ESPN, and CNN. Sorry, no pets allowed. Legend has it that Torrey, UT was named after one of Theodore Roosevelt's Rough Riders, Colonel Torrey. The area is known for Hiking trails, numerous lakes, great fishing, and spectacular views filled with blue sky and red canyon country reaching beyond the Colorado River. read more

The hotel manager first charged my credit card because he could not see that I had already paid for the room. I would say that the manager went out of his way to clear up the situation.

Very good location - not far away from the national park.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The indoor pool looks good, though we did not use it. A very good choice for families.

The breakfast variety could have been better, but was satisfactory.

Hotel personnel were very friendly and courteous and willing to help out when and where they could.

Location - mountain view is nice, great coffee shop next door.
Room was a little smelly, but not too terrible.

Hotel seemed clean. It was quiet. Staff was friendly. Check in/out were quick and easy. The particular room we had was a bit smelly, but once we ran the AC and sprayed some air freshener things were ok.
