Clean, well maintained, excellent breakfast, and location.
This hotel is ideal as a modestly priced hotel in the Burlington area. It was clean, the staff was always there, I checked in at midnight. The room was clean and there was a restaurant adjacent to the hotel as well as a McDonald's and Burger King. Better to go to Burlington for a great array of eating places. There is a pool, I did not use it. It is no-frills, but better to spend your money on Burlington attractions. read more

Nothing.
The room was filthy.
This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We stayed 3 nights, and were never given clean towels. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpet was wet from a leaky A/C unit.

The extended hours for breakfast.
The king size mattress sloped inward.
The price was good for the quality of the motel. The continental breakfast had a wide variety if items. The employees were friendly and courteous.

Easy access to interstate.
Very slow desk service.
Most things about this hotel were acceptable but the front desk service was slow. The frustration in registration could have been mitigated if the attendant would have just made eye contact and said "I'm sorry for the delay I'll be with you in a moment".

Staff was trying to accommodate.
The original room probably had not been used for a while and there were cobwebs and a few spiders in the room.
The hotel was nice for the price that I got. Once we were moved out of the original room and into another we found it clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and it was a pleasant stay. We would stay there again without hesitation.

The hotel is well located just off the interstate.
The continental breakfast is a little Spartan.
The hotel is clean and well situated. The price is excellent for this type of hotel. Staff is very courteous and the non smoking environment is appreciated. Good breakfast can be had at the diner just down the road from the hotel.

Location.
Small breakfast room - a bit crowded in the morning.
Clean, basic hotel - convenient location - good proximity to Burlington.

The room was deplorable. No maid service the next day.
Would never consider this Inn again. The room was small. The TV remote and telephone were filthy. The air conditioner vents appeared to never have been dusted. We were afraid to turn it on. There were no bedspreads to cover the beds-just a blanket and sheets. We had no maid service to make the beds or change the towels. When we complained to the front desk they merely apologized and handed us new towels. When checking out there were other guests waiting for an unseen desk clerk. read more
