Location, mountain views, large room size, good breakfast.
More trees needed in front.

A moderately sized motel with pool, adequately comfortable, good breakfast included great views of Vermont, all at affordable price.

Clean sheets, bed was comfortable.
Mold in shower, drapes coming down, dust , rusty water initially.

With a little effort to clean and fix some things, this could be an acceptable one-star, budget hotel. The room was nicely decorated and the furnishings were reasonable. We arrived late and saw an older motel with potential. We stayed the night and left. Not much use of facilities during our stay.
