The friendly people and the beach and water sports.
It was a little far from downtown.

My first time priceline hotel experience and the friendliness of the staff just made it super fun!

Great accommodations for the price right on nice small beach.
Restaurant closed on one of two days there. Cost a lot to get anywhere from here.

The environment. The beach and the flowers the surrounding the hotel were lovely.
It was old and not clean.

The beach restaurant called Izzy's had terrible food. The Lobster grill had good food but the evening service was morose, luncheon service was slow and then turned to chaos when complained. The room itself was old (horrible, nasty beds and bedding) and dirty. We had roaches. The hotel is understaffed especially in the kitchen and bar areas.

Bolongo Bay is a great place for a romantic getaway! Relax on the beautiful beach with plenty of chairs and personal space. Each restaurant has its own charm, dine casually beach side at Iggies or have a five star meal at the lobster grille. The staff is excellent, try any of the waterspouts, and I highly recommend the day sail to St. John! We had the value room and were surprised that it was huge and included a large TV, kitchen area and balcony! Great experience overall! read more
