This hotel was along a main road and next to a gas station. It was very loud all night. It wasn't very appealing. The bathroom was in poor shape and the general area was not very comforting.

Nothing.
Bathroom was filthy, beds old and to beat all went to a meeting in DC to come back and find you could not park in the parking lot because they were paving it when I said something to management I was told to bad and if I didn't like it leave.

Location and cleanliness.
Somewhat rundown
and
needs renovation.
This was a clean, somewhat rundown, hotel in the heart of Arlington. Very easy access to the Pentagon, Arlington Cemetary and Washington.

Nice room and beds.
Exterior is unattractive.
Not pretty to look at from the outside, but the room quality was good and the staff was helpful.

Fine. That is the only way to describe this hotel. It is old and tired looking, and several miles from a metro. But if you can drive to Pentagon City Mall and park your car only $2 for the whole day, then it is a cheaper way to do DC without paying to stay in town.

The room/bath were very clean, tidy and well stocked with soap, shampoo, coffee etc.
Not a glamorous place,,,but very practicle.
The hotel was clean and tidy, It was not elegant, but it worked for a solid night sleep in a safe location. I was quite satisfied.

Too tired to be picky...would be hard to find something I liked.
Stale, smelly room, roaches, had to chase water around in shower.
It takes little to keep a place clean and pleasant. That's what most people want. Having a decent bed that's not like a rock with clean linens, including clean blankets, is not asking for too much for someone travelling.
