Conveniently located to most attractions in Ashland.
Overall experience was good, but bed was very uncomfortable. Didn't sleep the first night.
Overall stay was very good. The beds were very uncomfortable, so the first night was restless. Too tired to care the second night after an all day stay at King's Dominion. Staff was friendly and prompt during check in and check out.

Clean, good breakfast options.
This hotel was far above my expectations. It is practically brand new, clean, the best stay during our whole trip. It was great.

Moderately cheap.
Floor was dirty, beds were hard.
You need a place to lay your head, this is it. You want amenities, this is not for you. It wouldn't be too bad if they had the room cleaner, I was very disappointed in this area.

It was convenient and quiet.
We paid full price for 2 days, stayed 1, and could not get refund for 2nd day.
It was fine.

Clean and close to Kings Dominion.
Slow Internet, no frig, no microwave in our room.
This hotel was clean and we felt safe in the area. The internet was very slow but the rates were okay. The breakfast was very sparse. We went to McDonalds instead of eating there at the hotel.

Beds were comfortable, room looked nice
Floors, carpets were sticky, made feet turn black; one waffle maker not working, no fruit on b'fast bar.
I took my 6 teen children. We had 2 rooms which looked very nice. My only complaint was that the floors were grimy. I would have liked a little more variety on the breakfast bar, but it had juice, milk, coffee, cereal, one type of muffin, and a waffle maker. The stay was enjoyable. They did start vacuuming a bit early.

Ceanliness & Noise
Lots of noise from guests above my room. Management was able to quiet down the noise only after several attempts.Beds were uncomfortable and carpet was dirty. Bathroom was very dirty in and around the bathtub and sink area as well as the floor.

The staff was great. They even allowed us to place our two small coolers of froze meat into their freezer in the laundry. They were very accommodating. The room was well decorated and very clean.

Could not tell us how to locate this place, could not speak decipherable English, dirty, loud, terrible beds. Lousy.
Lousy, terrible, would not recommend to anyone.
