Easy to find. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Excessive freeway noise. Hotel needs double paned windows.
The hotel should invest in double paned windows which are already present in numerous contemporary hotels. It is located immediately adjacent to an interstate and the noise of truck and other traffic is audible all night long. Otherwise, the hotel is adequate but I was not able to get sufficient sleep due to the highway noise.

Friendly hotel staff.
Didn't care for the pillows, they were smaller than normal size.
It was a good hotel. They met all of my expectations and had a friendly staff. I only wished that the hotel had a free continental breakfast. There is free coffee in the lobby, but if you want something to eat you either have to use the vending machine or pay for breakfast in the hotel's restaurant.

It was visible from the interstate, easy to find, and within a stone's throw of movie theaters, a bowling alley, and a plethora of restaurants.
The lobby as well as the rooms and elevators all looked way out of date. The hotel is in dire need of an extreme makeover to be considered modern.
The hotel looks like it hasn't been touched in over thirty years, which is not to say it is nostalgic, but rather badly needs remodeling to transport it out of the 70s and into the 21st century. While my bed was comfortable and attractive, the rest of the room was furnished with chipboard dingy fixtures and had bumpy white plastic walls with ugly yellow lighting. This made it feel more like a budget motel than a 3 star property. The business center was a joke - one early 90's PC stuck in the middle of the lobby. read more

The rooms were set up perfectly to accommodate every need, especially the bath.
The heater had a funny smell when I turned it on.
Nice clean hotel, with friendly staff. wish there were a breakfast, but Starbucks is on the way to the interstate.

Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
The pool was closed for the winter in the middle of September. The weather was still nice and we were looking forward to using the pool.
We were disappointed that the pool was outside. We thought that all 3-star hotels had indoor pools. This one was closed for the winter in the middle of September even though the weather was hot and we were looking forward to a nice swim after a long day of driving.
