Free WiFi, friendly staff, very clean, attractive, cookies on check-in, comfy beds and good shower.

We loved staying here. It was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

It was well kept and had everything I could possibly need.
The diet Pepsi was sold out in the soda machine. The front desk is on the3rd floor,not the1st.

The room was nicely appointed and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were warm and wonderful. Room service was very prompt and very good.

The location and the surrounding views. The Hotel staff were very accommodating.
The first room we checked into was fairly dirty.

Ideally located North of Charlottesville and nestled in the foothills of the Blue ridge mountains in an area with tons of Historic sites.

The hotel was comfortable. The gym was great. Breakfast was great. The restaurant staff were not very good. Beds were fairly comfortable.

Rooms and bathrooms are very small.

This is our second stay here and we thought last time was a fluke but it happened again this time. No king beds available. We checked-in on a Tuesday and stayed 3 nights. We were told none available until Sunday night. I had my son call within an hour later and they said they had availability. No coffee in the room for two days, only two towels one day, and the ice bucket was left unchanged (full of water) for the entire visit. Front desk staff seems condescending at times, had trouble with the door key card x3. Bathrooms are older and they have attempted to update, but door hits shower rod and only room for one person to stand in. Coffee was all gone in the lobby at 8:30 one morning, the next morning, it was out of creamer, milk, etc. All in all, for the price paid, it seems overpriced and is not close to downtown Charlottesville. You can pay less and get the same a lot closer to downtown. Not at all what I expect from a Hilton and far from the normal Hilton staff. Very odd for a hotel that probably sets the price they will accept. I did not try the restaurant or any other amenities. read more
