The hotel staff was friendly and the resturant was nice.
The hotel was old, had an old smell and mildew in the shower

I stayed in the Doulbletree the week prior and has the same star rating. The holiday inn cannot compare to the Doubletree. The staff was friendly but the hotel leaves a lot to be desired.

wish there were at least three computers. Here there was one computer in the biz center(!) but no chair. Otherwise, things were very good; excellent staff and very good restaurant.

Easy access to Interstate.
Bugs (not bedbugs), appearance, and the small rooms.

Bugs in room (later determined not to be bed bugs) but of the size of a thumbnail (and another type seen in the elevator). Rooms were small. Our room overlooked to top of the building where the air handling equipment was located. Massive amounts of cigarette butts outside of the window of our non-smoking room.

Paper coffee cups in room.

Reliable hotel with comfortable beds. Only one easy chair in room.
