Good location, clean & comfortable rooms.

This was a pleasant enough hotel. It was clean, comfortable, updated style of furnishings. Room was quiet. The location was very convenient. Really had no complaints about the property. It wasn't luxurious, but it wasn't subpar either. It was a nice place to stay.

Friendliness, staff follow-up and convenience.

It had been 25 years since I last stayed at a Holiday Inn and I was expecting the worst. What I found was the opposite. Updated, a moderate level of sophistication, knowledgeable staff and a very friendly welcome mat. The restaurant was surprisingly up-scale. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. I will consider this chain for my next travel.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was close to all the shops and to the University my daughter attend. The non-smoking rooms are nice.
I did not like the smoking room only because the hall and the room smell like stale smoke.

I would recommend this hotel to a friend. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly.
