Hotel was conveniently located right across the parking lot.

The hotel was clean and convenient to the park. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool looked clean and they had a nice playground for the little ones. The on-site 24 hours Denny's was great for that late night snack.

You can walk from the hotel to Kings Dominion, which is where we were going.
They ran out of extra pillows.

This is a nice hotel for a quick one-night stay, especially if you are going to Kings Dominion. That was our destination and it was perfect. They have a shuttle that can take you to the park gates, but we chose to walk across the parking lot (only about a 5-7 minute walk). Good options for kids at the hotel...pool, park, tennis, putting green, ping pong.

The facilities.
Very outdated room & uncomfortable bed, old carpet.

Great for families because of facilities. Nice playground, tennis courts, shuffle board, putting green, lounge with outside patio, game room, and nice pool (which was not opened yet for our stay). Uno pizza at the facility as well as 24 hr Denny's. The actual rooms could use a makeover though

Could smell evidence of cigarettes been smoked in room.

Most convenient to amusement park .Only hotel that offered bus drop off and pick up to park.has a 24 hour Dennie's restaurant attached to hotel.
