Convenient location.
Gave our room to another guest before we were out.

Came back to find our keys didn't work - desk clerk reset keys - opened door @ 11:00 PM to find another man's belongings in room and our things gone. Housekeeping had bagged our belongings and put in lost & found even though we had not checked out. Our reservations were for 2 nights so there should have been no confusion. Not pleased with how day manager handled situation when we went to desk to check out the next AM. read more

The pool was nice.
Room next to elevator shaft.

The location is fine; the cleanliness of the hotel was very good. Our room was right next to the elevator and unlike many other hotels a room in this location was awful. We got bad nights sleep and were too tired to hassle with changing rooms. We most likely will not stay at this hotel again or any in it's chain.

There were noisy kids all over.

Comfort inn is a nice, clean place to stay but the hotel books school trips and there are roudy, noisy kids all over. I would not recommend this hotel for a family or romantic trip.

Indoor pool and fitness center.
Very thin walls.

My experience with this hotel was a positive one with the exception of the thin walls and very talkative neighbors keeping me up from 2:00 to 5:00 in the am. Other than that, I have no complaints.
