Minutes away from NASA Langley, Hampton Convention Center, Hampton University, Fort Monroe, Hampton business parks, Hampton Coliseum, Coliseum Mall and Sentara Medical Facility. Colonial Williamsburg is 26 miles and the Jamestown Museum is 45 miles from the hotel. For jazz, pop, rhythm and blues, the Hampton Jazz Festival features some of the finest acts in the business. It was neat, very clean and exceptionally quiet.
The pool and whirlpool were too hot and had excessive amounts of chlorine, enough to make eyes water.

The bathroom was beautiful, very clean and well kept! The bed was very comfortable! My wife and I loved our stay and will be using this hotel again!

Rooms were small, staff was less then helpful, noise from room above that staff would not do anything about, pool was overcrowded and could not use.

To noisy. You can hear the shower, flushing and AC from other rooms.

Would not stay here again. You can hear the toilet and shower from other rooms.

Great location with all required amenities. Staff was always helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Without hesitation, I will choose the Country Inn and Suites again when I visit Hampton, VA.

I like the complimentary hot breakfast and the double queen beds.
Nothing.

Enjoyed the convenience of the location of the hotel. The cleanliness of the room and the price.

The hotel is new within a year or two and the room was very clean. The breakfast was better than most hotel.
The bath tub was very slick, causing me to fall hitting my head and wrenching my lumber spine.

The hotel should have a policy to check and record all injuries reported to them.

I really liked the lobby area.
The bathroom was not cleaned.

The hotel was in a neighborhood. People were walking in the street and it didn't look like a good atmosphere.

It had an excellent breakfast every morning and it was very clean.

The Country Inn and Suites in Hampton, Virginia was an excellent hotel. It was very affordable and worth every penny (I probably would have spent more). The staff was friendly. The pool was excellent. It was within close driving range to Virginia Beach, the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, Botanical Garden, Virginia Air and Space Center, Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburgh.
