Despite problems with a defective toilet and lack of coffee cups and napkins, the front desk staff was VERY helpful and compensated for these inconvenien.
It was very noisy during the day, mostly from the room service people- not too clean.

I think that the front desk personnel has excellent customer care skills. I experienced problems with the toilet which was running and was not flushing. The maintenance person came promptly and solved the problem. There were no coffee cups or facial tissues in the room and that problem was solved too. The cleanness was not on top, because I discovered an old used towel in the bathroom which was not removed, so that made me wonder how good the bathroom cleaning was done....but the front desk personnel took good care of me and compensated with a free breakfast coupons, which I found appropriate. read more

Location, comfortable beds, although under staffed the staff was very friendly and helpful
The rm needed work. Entry lt burned out, microwave turning plate missing. shower faucet broken, curtains falling down,
TV remote ihop.

Location was great! Staff was friendly, however evening front desk was understaffed. Hotel amenities were nice. Room needed a lot of work! Not only was the room dark, but it had a lot of maintenance issues.

When I arrived in my room it was midnight. The bathroom had a dead roach which I placed in the toilet. When I woke up there was a live roach on the wall and several dead roaches on the carpet which I didn't notice when I arrived (it was late). This was a terrible experience.

The indoor pool area.
The staff was rude and not very knowledgeable.

The hotel was okay , at best . The staff seemed to be untrained and rude. The room was sufficient
but the climate control did not work. The property was too big we got lost driving to our room.
