The beds were very comfortable.
No non-slip surface in the bath tub/shower.

This hotel is located near Interstate 81 in southwestern VA. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Our trip was made to attend a small family funeral. I had ordered flowers to be delivered to the hotel. The staff received and took care of them for us. The beds were excellent with soft comforters and made for a good nights sleep. On the way back to Northern Virginia we stayed at a competitors hotel and it was not as nice. read more

The front desk staff was very helpful and nice.
It was a bit out dated.

The front desk staff made check in easy and was very kind and helpful. I had a very late check in and she was extremely pleasant and I was extremely tired, so that made it feel a bit nicer. So many times you check in late and the night crew at the front desk treats you like your bothering them when they check you in, not this front desk.

Did not charge for 2 teenagers.
Thought the room would be more of a suite style room.

Very clean, breakfast wasn't the greatest, but still ok. I thought for the extra cost, I was getting a suite. I was still pretty satisfied with what I got though.

Very clean and well maintained.
Sign needs to be a little bigger since it's hard to see from the highway.

Very clean and quiet. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful!

Friendly, accommodating staff.

The Hampton Inn was a clean, friendly place to stay. It is conveniently located near the schools in which I work. I like eating at the Countryside Restaurant.
