Solo Traveler
Overall experience was ruined because of the temperature in the room. It was way too hot, and could not be cooled down. The windows only opened a couple of inches and the heat was close to unbearable.

Family Traveling with Teens
Pool was big disappointment and hot tub didn't work. Would've stayed somewhere much nicer if we had known the pool was so bad. Best thing is the staff: front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff all 4-star! Pool staff inattentive and uninterested. Hotel has great location but needs renovated badly.

I am not likely to stay at this hotel again. The air didn't work and no one was available to fix it. Unless you are a best western member the very cheaply made breakfast costs you $10.45.not inclined to stay again.

This was a clean, well-located, well run hotel that I would definitely reccommend to anyone staying in the Tysons Corner area.
