Staff very helpful over the phone with directions to the place.
The fireplace in the lobby is a hazard to small children. One 6 year old in out party ended up with blisters.

Very accommodating staff. They gave me excellent directions over the phone and recommended a restaurant that could handle our lacrosse team. A party of 19 rowdy little boys.

Modern room and furnishings. Very clean and loved the couch w/table in the room.
Doors on tight spring to close-door slamming in the a.m. And at night.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. It is located within good distance of fast food and dine-in restaurants. The parking area was well lit and there was a side door access which made it feel safer to be far from the main entrance. I arrived Sunday and did not realize the heat was out. I contacted them after work Mon to advice of the heat and that the next day was fine. They forgot to send someone and finally fixed it on Wednesday. A little inconvenient but not too bad. It was not enough to complain about or to ask to be moved to another room, though they offered. I enjoyed the stay and will stay again when working in this area. read more
