The kids loved the indoor pool and the rooms were clean and comfortable. breakfast was good but stops serving at 9 which was a little early for us.
Although it was a non smoking hotel we had a strong smell of smoke coming into our room and had to move to a new room because if it.

Great location to walk to restaurants, visit all the Yorktown and Williamsburg sites as well as Fort Eustis. The kids
loved the indoor pool which is what made it so great for us with small kids. Staff was very accomodating when someone hear our room was smoking so they moved us and were good about compensation. Rooms were very clean.

The breakfast was enjoyable.
The bathroom facility was poor and the front desk assistance was rude.

I talked to the front desk assistant in the morning about my experience the previous evening around the shower head. He apologized and wondered why I was offered another room? I told him the evening front desk assistant would not offer me another room. He told me I would have to wait till morning when the property dept came in to fix it. They never came and I was unable to shower during my staff. read more

Comfort suties newport news was convenient, spacious, comfortable and relaxing.
The sink was to made to wide (standing out towards you, and did not have enough lighting in the rooom(room really needs an overhead light).

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we will be visiting that particular hotel again to stay in the suite next time, and we hope to make it to breakfast(if only the ending time was 10 a.m. I would have made it. All in all we really enjoyed it.
