The hotel was in a nice location and close to stores. Good price.
Staff wasn't that enthusiastic and room and area wasn't as nice as I had expected. Smelt very bad.

Its a nice place if you are looking for good prices at the beach. We stayed about 12 miles from beach. Good if you are going to be spending limited time in the room. Staff was not very helpful and seemed clueless. I was tempted to change rooms because of the smell, but it did seem to be cleanly though. I always bring my own linens, so that is a but comforting.

Room could of been cleaner, but at least no bugs.

Room could of been cleaner, but at least no bugs. Staff was friendly. Parking side of motel a bit loud, and could hear kids running across the floor upstairs, might be worth it to pay for court side room. Plenty of shopping/food to be found near motel. Kids upstairs must of overflowed bathtub, because at one point we had water coming through our bathroom light. Called front desk, and they said there was nothing they could do about it until the morning - luckily it stopped after about 5minutes - we mopped up the water. read more

hotel night staff dumber than rocks! had no idea where ice machice was or laundry facilitity

rooms were large and adequate.Pool and spa very nice. Our room faced the courtyard and it was beautifully landscapped. Hotel conviently located. However, the staff on the first night left a lot to be desired. He did not know where the ice machines were, if they had a laundry facility, and we never received extra towels and pillows until the next day when i went to the front desk again. Overall, a nice place to stay. read more

I liked absolutely nothing, we checked out after 30 Min's.
It was dirty, nasty, and the women at the front desk was very rude.

When we arrived the woman at the front desk was demanding and rude. she made me uncomfortable. it took us 20 to 30 Min's to find the room. when we did we took one look and said there was no way we could stay there. we left, went down the road to a La Quinta Inn and book a very nice room. then we went back and checked out, the woman was rude again. I was very disappointed since i had to spend money on 2 hotels. read more

I like being close to malls and restaurants and my kids that live in Norfolk.
The internet wasn't available and there wasn't a microwave in the room.

The beds were comfortable. Rooms were spacious with enough chairs to sit in, so guests didn't need to sat on the bed. The table was nice with enough room for laptops and food.
