The flexibility of the reception staff.
When they closed the restaurant for the hotel guests in favor of federal group.

Location is close to the Dulles Airport. Nice neighborhood, excellent shops and small eating places.

No refrigerator and had to pay for internet access.

Nice hotel, great location. But, no fridge and had to pay for internet access. Something normally free at most hotels, especially a four-star.
