The bed was awful, honestly the worst mattress I've slept on in any hotel.

Very convenient location. Check in staff was very cordial and friendly. Day clerk on Friday was ok , I had a problem with the TV remote, I recieved another one, but it was more like try this see if it works. Not exactly the type of response I would expect to a problem. It did work, but she had spent 10-15 minutes looking for one, eventually gave me one that I suppose controlled the lobby TV. read more

Convienent to everything.
We had our 2 children, both under 2, the air conditioner in our room didn't work and the staff was unwilling to compensate for the miserably hot room.

The hotel was clean, in a great location for us and the breakfast bar was great!
We stayed 3 consecutive nights and had trouble with our room key cards everyday not working.

The staff was very kind and friendly but on the second night of staying there, my husband had one incident with the woman innkeeper being somewhat impatient with him because there were a large group of people from Puerto Rico (Kids and parents for baseball tournament) that grouped together in the entry all standing by the check- in desk and were very loud conversing with each other. The woman kept asking my husband for his address, but couldn't hear him because of all the loud chattering and became impatient asking my husband questions to fill out the registration forms. Also, the first night we had to have our room keys redone twice for entry to our room. The same problem with the second and third night's stay, also. read more

Great location, good access to major roads, good value, reliably predictable level and quality of conditions and service.
