There was no microwave in the room.
The room lighting is too dim for reading and working as a business traveler. Overall it was generally clean. The lobby area is well laid out. The entrance from the parking garage into the hotel rooms are confusing and needs better signage.

Family Traveling with Young Children

Did not feel as safe as I'd have liked with young children with me.
Hotel was what a business traveler would expect. I would not feel comfortable having a female co-worker, family or wife go out to the car alone.

Quick check-in, courteous employees.
Location is undesirable due to safety.
This particular Holiday Inn was not of the same quality as other Holiday Inns that I have stayed at in the past.

Not much.
Most of this staff was not very helpful. The rooms are not very will maintained.
I have always enjoyed staying in Holiday Inns but this was an exception. The quality was not there and I was disappointed. It was overall a very disappointing experience.

Location.
It was undergoing extensive renovation.
Clean, good restaurant. Arrived late and left early so did not interact much.
