This hotel is out of the way, but inexpensive. There is still a stale smoke smell throughout the hallways.

Family Traveling with Teens
Hotel is close to downtown, but very dated with much deferred maintenance such as crumbling tile on stairs, exterior carpeting lifting up, exterior door swipes temperamental, needs painting, etc. The surrounding area is industrial. Once inside the room, however, it's tolerable. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. No way I would rate this as a three star. Two at best. I was reserved a smoking room and had to change. I didn't ask for smoking. ...

Rooms are comfortable, with coffee supplies, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. My room was missing the coffee pot, but I am sure they would have brought one to me if I asked.

I just wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I was carried away by the brand name Holiday Inn and it did not live up to the standards in every respect.
