Did not have enough towels and didn't replenish supplies or essentials like toilet tissue.

The hotel did not have enough towels for their guests. We were told we had to wait until they had washed them. We were there for 3 nights and the room and bathroom were not cleaned once. Our beds were made only one morning.

Very clean and accommodating staff. Lobby area was comfortable and allowed me to talk to family uninterrupted. I was extremely pleased with my room!
For the money, I cannot say anything bad about this hotel.

The front desk clerk was very happy to help if she could. Very unexpected and pleasantly surprised! The room was huge and plenty of room for my family and others that wanted to visit. The mattresses were above average and very comfortable! The indoor pool was fairly clean. The inside tile of the pool and sauna needed some elbow grease and had very strong odor of chlorine. What I did like was the clean folded towels just for the pool area. This was great not having to bring our own from the room. Pool bathrooms were conveniently located just outside the entrance to the pool area. No need to venture deep inside the hotel for a restroom. The continental breakfast was mixed with cold and hot foods. Bacon was too greasy and the processed scrambled eggs were nearly inedible. Just depended on how hungry you were. Coffee was nice and fresh as well as the pastries. Overall I was very impressed with my stay and will look forward to returning in the future. read more

Bed linens were very nice; towels quite adequate; clean overall.
No complaints at all.

We enjoyed our stat at this hotel very much. Staff very accommodating. Hotel near our son's residence and since we weren't able to get a room at any other hotel just happened upon this one and were pleasantly surprised. Across the street from a busy strip mall but noise wasn't bothersome at all. We will certainly go there again.

The room itself was very spacious and comfortably laid out.
The bathroom did not have any ventilation system.

The Jacuzzi-room was fabulous, I totally recommend it! The weekend continental breakfast was very good; however the weekday breakfast left something to be desired. All staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is on a state road just outside Rocky Mount Va. Across the street are two supermarkets, one of which is a WalMart. The breakfast bar is adequate. Very nice!

included, close to smith mountain lake.

Reasonably priced family hotel that is fairly new, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good strong showers, decent breakfast included. Could use better coffee, but hey what can you say!
