The shuttle was excellent to and from the Metro.
The air freshener in the hallway was overwhelming.

This hotel was great for the price. The shuttle and the price makes it a very good deal. When we called for the shuttle at the Metro, it was there in approximately 5 minutes.

The entire staff were helpful and friendly, they even had a greeting package for us how nice.
Can't complain about anything!

The staff is everything you could want in a hotel. The hotel is very clean and neat. They give you a breakfast far better than any other hotel offered. Just a very pleasant stay and would go back in the near future. Well worth the money!

The shuttle service to the Metro and the drivers.
The pool was not open and it was still warm outside and the elevator didn't work.

We thought the service was excellent. The shuttle was the best, it took us right to the Metro and when we called for a pickup it only took 10 minutes. Great service.

Clean, quiet and picturesque yet affordable.
The computer in the lobby was painfully slow.

Overall my stay in the hotel was excellent. I could connect to the Internet in my room and my room was extremely clean. The staff were polite and efficient.

The staff called me as soon as I got in and asked about the room.
Furniture was sticky, and the phone cord was frayed.

Good Hotel,If the furniture was wiped down, and the phone cord was good, it would have been a perfect stay, In fact I tried to stay at another Best Western the next night, but I could not.
