Location and it was quiet!
Nothing really.

This hotel is location very close to the airport and had a friendly staff. Cable (with CNN), internet and shuttle service were pleasant to have also.

Cleanliness, helpful staff, and parking while on travel.

The room was fine for a king-sized bed, two travelers. We were led to believe, however, from the initial response, that we were getting a suite. Didn't happen.

As complimentary breakfasts go in moderately priced hotels, this one was outstanding, especially for those of us looking for low crab offerings.
No complaints.

Staff here was pleasant, about an hour after I'd checked in someone called to see if everything was okay. Very close to Dulles airport, but I never heard a plane. (Don't ask about the time I stayed near Heathrow.) Also convenient to the toll expressway toward Washington.

The staff was excellent very knowledgeable of surrounding area.
Housekeeping did not understand English very well.

The amount of money I paid, this hotel meets my needs as a business traveler. I recommend this establishment to business/solo travelers.

Very nice and comfortable beds.
A very noisy elevator/no places to eat in the vicinity.

For the most part the stay was great. The only downside was my room was next to the elevator which was very noisy, and a bell rang each time it stopped on my floor sometimes waking me up. Also staff would call the room repeatedly over issues that did not concern me. Somewhat bothersome. There are no restaurants or places to eat unless you travel about five miles or more away to other towns. read more

I smoke & it was all non-smoking. had to go outside to smoke. but understandable.

Served our purpose as was fairly close to where we had to go for our seminar. continental breakfast was excellent.
