Front desk people were excellent and very helpful.
Nothing I did not like.

Excellent staff, our air conditioner was frozen up one call to the front desk and repairman was there and he replaced the unit within ten minutes, Breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast selection was awesome.

I'm very picky. However, Crowne Plaza exceeded my expectations! No complaints, at all.
The gym was under construction.

Great staff, clean facility. I would go back again in a New York minute!

Location was great.

The hotel was old. Very old head boards were coming apart and there was a room in front of us that was left open because the door wasn't working and it was open the entire night.
