The hotel charged my credit card for a room that was already paid in full.

The hotel was in a convenient location. It was quiet. The room was clean. The staff was not very knowledgeable. After I had already pointed out to the clerk that the room was paid in full, she still double-charged me for my room.

Conveniently located, clean, easily accessible, near restaurants.

Clean is a number one priority, and we were very satisfied. The beds were nice and comfortable.

Desk staff was so friendly and accommodating; even took our picture at checkout as I departed for the airport at.
No complaints!

Friendly, accommodating staff. Well-lit parking area. Comfortable, clean rooms. Laundry and vending machines nearby. I hop pancake house a short walk across the lot. Easy access for a drive in the country, Shenandoah mountains and underground caves.
