Friendly staff.

By reading other reviews, I knew this was a no frills motel. What I expected, for the price I paid. By booking in advance, all the paperwork was done.

Front desk lady was fabulous re: being friendly and knowledgeable. 17 years there.
Construction workers.

OK for what I needed, but all the prices in the town were overpriced.

Clean. Convenient and safe.
No laundry room for guests to do personal laundry.

Was neat, clean, convenient to main roads & restaurants/food stores.

Was easy to find & close to main roads.
It was hot! Easily 90+ degrees in the hallways and stairwells. The room itself cooled down pretty fast so that was good I guess.

It was functional at best.

Not clean! Smelled!

We were not happy with this hotel at all. The rooms smelled of smoke and must. There were bugs in our room as well. No hotel service, had to walk downstairs (no elevator) with my 2 year old at night because the remote for the TV had no batteries and they had no one to bring it up to us.
