Friendly staff at front desk. Quiet room.
Sink was not cleaned daily. No fan in shower, mildew/peeling paint on bathroom ceiling.
Above average hotel. Not special. Could do a better job in cleaning sink daily. Bathroom not vented, mildew/peeling paint on bathroom ceiling. Shower curtain hung down very low into bathtub. Could use better pillows, there were several, but flat to lay on.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
We had 2 fire alarms go off in the same morning when we were checking out.
The hotel was nice, we would definitely stay there again.

Location.
Bathroom - shower curtain were way too long.
The location was wonderful – it made it easy to get to everyplace we wanted to go. However the bathroom in the room was not exceptionally clean, the shower curtain was about 6 inches too long and we stepped on it while showering, the water pressure was horrible and the elevator stopped working (we were on the 4th floor).

Hot tub.
Fire alarm went off on our last morning & none of the staff told anyone what happened. Had to stand outside in the cold/rain.
We really like staying at this hotel. We travel every fall to Williamsburg, VA and this hotel is our favorite so far!

Beds were very comfortable and we slept well.
Not quality you would expect of a Marriott, run down looking.
Staff was friendly and attentive. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were outdated and worn. looked dirty even if it wasn't. Stayed at country Inns and was higher quality than this hotel. Very disappointing for a Marriott.

It
was close to Busch Gardens.
Bed was very uncomfortable, as were pillows.
A very low end Courtyard by Marriott. It was decent, okay accommodations. Room was too small, TV was old, bathroom was outdated but clean. Williamsburg needs more upscale choices like Westin or Hyatt! This was not a place to stay for couples. Family or business only
