Friendly, welcoming staff. Very clean hotel.

We stayed at this hotel because we were in town to shop at the outlets very nearby. We were extremely happy with the hotel from the outside appearance to the very friendly, helpful staff. The room was excellent, the food was also excellent. I would recommend this hotel to any type of traveler.

Close to shopping and food, easy freeway access, clean, large room, free Internet, free parking. The air conditioner in our room did not work efficiently. The first 3 nights were OK, but the last night was too hot and the room would not cool off. Breakfast is available for a charge. We were able to check in early as a room was available. Nice shower nozzle.

It needs a complimentary breakfast bar.

Nice motel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. I wish all hotels could be like this one. A complimentary breakfast (nothing major) would be appreciated as well as better directions to get to the hotel.(which is kind of hidden from view)

It was quiet.
They cancel room entry when they saw you carry bag to car.

The hotel is in a convenient location and it was nice that computer use was provided in the lobby. Most hotels offer some nicety at the desk these days ie: cookie, mint, apple, etc. Coffee was the only offering there.

I loved that you coulod not here your neighbor next door.
I rather it had continental breakfast for free.

Very very nice hotel enjoyed staying there. Very friendly and cooperative staff. will definitely use again.
