Room was supposed to be nonsmoking but smelled of stale smoke.
When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk could not find the reservation even with a conformation provided when it was booked. Priceline customer service was able to call the hotel and provide them the info needed to get us into our room but it took an hour in the lobby with our 3 year old. Even though we had already paid, the front desk employee was trying to get us to pay again with him. It was ridiculous. He was trying to pressure us by saying he only had so many rooms left we were evacuated from our area because of a storm so there were not many rooms left even though we had a reservation and should have been guaranteed a room. read more

Location.
The 2 people, who run it, were of foreign extraction and it was hard to communicate with them.
It is almost impossible to write a review of this hotel because I came from it with a most negative feeling. I would not stay there again under any circumstances. That is probably the best review that I could write.

The beds were comfortable. Liked having an iron & microwave in the room.
Housekeeping was non-existent. No clean towels after the first day - trash not emptied.
The room was nice enough - beds are comfortable. Very disappointed with lack of housekeeping (no clean towels after the first day and the trash was not emptied during our stay). Continental breakfast was sparse - stale bagels and dried out honey buns - very sad.

Dirty.
The bathroom was filthy but otherwise it was ok. The owners cut every corner they can to save $, only one coffee setup in the room, no decaf anywhere, minimal continental breakfast. Staff not friendly or helpful.

Excellent cleanliness, great beds.
Difficult to find on Map Quest.
The hotel is very nice and quiet. The staff is friendly and cooperative. The breakfast is simple, but adequate. Very pleasant stay and a great value.
